  • 16 ounces dry pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (12 oz) fully cooked smoked sausage, any variety

  • 2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 cup Lightly Salted Blue Diamond Almonds
  • 2 cups arugula
  • For the Pesto
  • 1/4 cup Lightly Salted Blue Diamond Almonds
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 2 cups packed basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt

  • 1 1/4 pounds Just BARE Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided, plus additional for cooking the pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes, halved if large
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups roughly chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
