  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Stevia Extract
  • 1 tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 124g (1 cup, packed) Quinoa Flakes
  • 60g (1/2 cup) Quick Cooking Oats
  • 90g (1/2 cup) Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Macaroni and Cheese Quiche with Latticed Bacon

I love the LOOK of this, but mostly the TASTE of it! Bring on the bacon!!

  • 1 pound macaroni, cooked per package directions
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups cream or Half ‘n Half
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mexican blend cheese shredded
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon Bonnes Herbes (Parisien Herb)
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • ½ sweet yellow onion, diced and sautéed, optional
  • 12 slices of bacon

Love these and they’re so simple for Easter breakfast for kiddos and adults alike.

You’ll need to:

Make pancakes, 1 large, 1 small, 2 feet shaped and 2 ears.

Seth them on plate as in pic.

Add a banana slice and chocolate chips for the feet and a dollop of coconut, or whipped cream for the tail!
