- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup honey greek yogurt (plain, or sour cream works too)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large bananas mashed (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup bread flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Filling
- 1 large egg
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 2½ Tbs flour
