Baked Coconut Cauliflower Bites
Serve with Marinara Sauce…Interesting combo – will you try it?
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Silk coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 head cauliflower (roughly 2 pounds), cut into small florets

2 disposable decorating bags
lollipop sticks

Chocolate Coated Kiwi-Pops
Slice kiwi, pat dry, insert pop sticks and freeze. Melt some chocolate bark or candy melts, dip the kiwis and set onto wax paper to set. Eat!
