I’m excited about this update to one of my favorite recipes – now I can have it more often. Like maybe every other day?!
- 2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- ½ cup green olives
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing
